I was looking at the available channels in my area and realized that there are not many that can be used easily. There are a lot of operators that are competing here that will possibly want to use them also. My question is what will be the registration process to acquire this channel space? I have not seen any talk about it but with the very limited space available there has to be some type of registration/licensing. Also are there any rules on usage? I would hate for someone to register on the best channels and then not actually use them.
