On the 5.725-5.850 band, point to point links have no ERP legal limit. 34 dB antenna gain with +27 transmitters (up to +30 is legal) would be fine.

But it strikes me as overkill for such a shot, unless you're shooting for really high speed, or have a lot of weather fade (probably true down in Faisal's area!).
