Are you talking about hunt groups? If so it works identical to Att. Say a business has a main line and 3 roll over lines. If someone calls the main line and it is busy it automatically rolls to line 2 or 3 or 4. No waiting. If there is no answer on any of the rollover lines it will roll back to the main line voice mail.
