Actually not using a routerboard for monitoring, not all boards have the capacity either, I use RMS boards for that feature. but... http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Monitor_input_voltage_on_RB333/433AH contains some useful info for doing such. you could also just monitor with zabbix and setup to send an alert when the voltage gets below a trigger threshold.
