Well...lol. Ok so we used to own quite a few. They've all been sold off...and either they were shut down or the owner dropped them. I won't forget the days when we were doing 12M ads a day at .15-.20CPM. The best month ever was about $34k. Google bought ValueClick and entered the market and killed CPM's and out came CPA. All the middle man ad agencies were dropped in favor of Google.
