We have a non profit trying to use one of these routers for their connection. Previously they have a residential Netgear router that worked fine and still does. However, their IT guy can't figure out why their new ASA 5505 Cisco router won't connect. Same credentials and everything......
I get "authentication failed - radius timeout" Plug in the old Netgear $40 router and boom connects no problem. I've had him try MSCHAP and CHAP and both do the same thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Andy Trimmell Network Administrator [email protected] 317.831.3000 ext 211
