At minimum it needs to have the tower ASR registration number and emergency contact phone number. It needs to be posted where it is visible at the point where the public has the closest access. If there is a locked gate near the road the sign needs to be there and not only at the tower.

I cannot seem to find the page on the ASR site that describes the requirements of the sign at the registered tower location.
