80ms? Ouch. That must play havoc for TCP. Clearly not business grade. Having a local wireless service with latency worse than a wired USA East to West coast round trip.
With that kind of latency, I dont see how a user would get all that good a performance transfer rate in real world application over the Internet, considering average window sizes..
