If you do want to do it all online, try customink.com. Can't vouch for their embroidery, but I've ordered hundreds of screen-printed T-shirts through them with no problems. Their Web site they have a minimum embroidery order of just 6 shirts, and you can mix-and-match. David Smith MVN.net
