There are no OSHA regulations. The safety falls on management and the" competent" climber. In some areas like NYC there are construction regulations that corrspond to high wind conditions.

Subject: [WISPA] Wind Safety regulations for towers

Anybody know of any OSHA regulations for the speed of wind and tower climbing? Is there a certain wind speed that anything beyond that point is not safe? Not allowed to climb in?

Thanks,
