I will say that to get ubnt to perform optimally you have to figure out the right firmware and settings for your particular situation. I have seen real world results much higher than in this test. But if you pull it out of the box, connect it, and select airmax on, airmax off I see where they got these numbers. I tried several different firmwares and multiple configurations before I saw what I see now. Also bear in mind that the N radios operate best with multiple streams running concurrently.
