If I remember correctly that's a re-branded SAF. We have a SAF Lumina 24ghz unlicensed link, and it's been working flawlessly and does exactly what was promised. It's basically the exact same stuff as their licensed radios. 5 KM shouldn't be a problem for 24GHZ, but I think that does depend on where you are, since 24ghz is supposed to be pretty sensitive to rain fade.
