There will be a total of 6 links originating from a central point where the remote station will be mobile up to 30 degrees from the originating point up to 6 miles away. Because of the bandwidth required, i doubt i could do anything on 5ghz because of the spectrum available. I dont think there is any licensed frequencies out there that allow for 30 degree sectors. One solution i was thinking would be licensed point to point to a pole that is 1000 feet away from the mobile station. From there i've seen free space optics be able to have tracking on them. I'm not sure if itll do 30 degrees though. Does anyone have any ideas or equipment that might work? thanks cj
