If they are gray that means they are not connected. You can Sort By status. Highlight the disconnected ones, right click and hit connect/disconnect. Enter the user and password and wait. (of course this works if you have them all with the same user and pass) if not you will have to connect one at a time.
If the status light is orange then they are just off-line.
