Time.

We all called it 18 months ago that there was no way they were going to be
allowed to proceed. FCC is not going to re-engineer the spectrum for one
company. They have an army of attorneys that will tie any suit up until LS
runs out of money.

I find it unlikely that any argument by LS that any benefit from their
service will outweigh the time and money it would take to make any changes
to the existing RF spectrum particularly with existing players rolling out
LTE/4G offerings in existing spectrum.

It was a non-starter then, and it is now.

Just my .22 cents worth.
