Hi all, I've never used an Omnitik before for roof work. We're trying out the Omnitik + SXT combo in a location for roof to roof shots. I've figured out the grounding point for the SXT, however I can't seem to find a corresponding manual with that information for the Omnitik. Is it possible to ground the Omnitik locally or do we have to do the shielded cat5 thing. I'm also used to doing lightning suppression between the antenna and the AP, obviously this isn't possible with an integrated antenna setup. Any additional pointers about lighting suppression on these things??
