All:

If the zip codes are in the database, I can do mileage calculations based
on the need.  I can calculate who/how many WISPs are providing coverage
within 25 miles of a certain zip code.  I can do this quickly and
efficiently if the database is updated and would even be able to respond to
the opportunity with "Based on our current database, XX% of your requested
zip codes fall within 25 miles of a WISP."  This opportunity can turn into
some major cash for a temporary internet connection.
