As a former DN Employee that installed Sat. Internet, I couldn't see how they could compete with a large WISP. When DN bought out Hughes and made it Dishnet, I asked the question to some of the senior people. Is this going to be like Wild Blue? Meaning, as the different spot beams fill up will it slow down to slow DSL? I still have yet to get an answer. In my opinion if all the wisps would stick together and form a large CO-OP. DN wouldn't have a chance in the wireless internet field.
