Does anyone have a contact at Prairie iNet? A WISP I know in Iowa has them for their upstream, but following a series of acquisitions, they lost their good contact and now only has the standard tier 1 support. They are sending a tech out on Thursday. Not only is That quite a while for an important circuit to be down, but he's not certain their system differentiates him from a standard sub, so they'll probably have the wrong gear when they do show up.
