Each year at the Annual Awards Banquet at WISPAPALOOZA, WISPA presents numerous awards to deserving people and companies in our industry. Please send your nominations to rharn...@wispa.org. The past two years of recipients are listed below. Feel free to write a short description about why you think your nominee is deserving of the award. Feel free to nominate yourself, your company, your company products or employees. The deadline for nominations is Wednesday, September 25th. 2013 Awards Operator of the Year - Operator/Company who has excelled in the business of wireless broadband. Must be a WISPA member. Visionary Award - Individual whose vision of the industry and WISPA has been impactful to the industry Manufacturer of the Year - Manufacturer of products for the wireless broadband industry that have had the most impact to your business in 2013 Product of the Year - A specific product that was introduced in 2013 and has been revolutionary to your business success Distributor of the Year - Distributor who has excelled in the distribution/resale of Wireless Broadband Products and Services Synergy Award - Company who has developed products or services for the Wireless Broadband Industry that work in cooperation/synergy to enhance the success of WISP businesses Triumph Award - Operator who has overcome overwhelming challenges in 2013 Volunteer of the Year - Individual who has contributed the most time, money and other resources for the benefit of the WISP industry and WISPA.
