If you are new to WISPA or have been a member for a long time and are not on
your [email protected] mailing list, you should be. There are some very
active state lists paying attention to local/state legislation, having
meetings/luncheons and so forth. We try to keep local and state issues
confined to these lists so others are not bothered with it unless national
advice or alerts on specific state issues are important enough for everyone
else to know. To subscribe to your state mailing list, go to
http://lists.wispa.org/mailman/listinfo and click on the appropriate State
List.

Vendors should not use these state lists to market their products. The
state lists are open to State Broadband Coordinators, University faculty and
WISP operators in each state. Please feel free to invite your local/state
officials to use these list to reach out to the entire state wisp industry
participants.

You do not need to be a WISPA member to use these lists. It is a method
WISPA uses as outreach to the entire WISP community and strengthen our
efforts. Obviously, we hope non-members will appreciate our efforts and
join WISPA, which is less than $1/day.

 <http://www.wispa.org/where-there-is-a-wisp-there-is-a-way> Where there is
a Wisp, there is a way!

Respectfully,
