The best/simplest way to do so is by simply charging for overages on a
data plan, i.e. give them xxx GB incluced, overages are xxx. VISP,
powercode are just a few billing platforms that would do this.

Subject: [WISPA] Solution to Regulate Video Streaming?

My employer is looking for a solution to monitor, regulate and bill for
video streaming to the customer if he/she goes over a predetermined
amount per month. Whether this is done by an add-on appliance, software
on a server or an added feature in a radius server, etc.

Does anyone know of such a solution?
