We got there, put in an rb750 (in place of a 153 that was causing issues). It kept rebooting. Did a second one. Kept rebooting.
Unplugged all devices, and one by one figured out that they put a switch and used two cables at one of the desks. Dunno why, I try not to think about it. We had ether 2/3 go to two different 8 port switches and off "ether3 switch" was a third switch the customer hid.
