I’ll have the programmers look into this. It shouldn’t return 6 900MHz sectors
on the same tower.

It will return paths for sectors facing the wrong direction but signal should
be much lower. This is in work now. The programmers are changing it to return
the 6 highest signal strengths regardless of location. Now it returns the
closest towers but don’t look at signal strength.

Great feature.

I found that when I inputted a tower with say 6 900MHz sectors, when a customer
requested service through the web interface the software returned a path to
each of the 6 APs on the tower, rather than the sectors the und user could see
plus other nearby towers. Similarly if I add a tower with a single north facing
sector and an end user directly south of the tower submits a service inquiry
the software returns the path to the north facing sector as if it was facing
south.

Am in entering the sector info incorrectly

I’m getting a lot of calls from folks saying there are no frequency
coordination usage patterns showing up when clicking the frequency usage button
on their multi maps. There is a new field just below the frequency field
called Exact Center Frequency in your coverage’s. You must enter the center
frequency in this field and update your maps. It will then show frequency
overlaps in different colors when you click the frequency usage button on your
multi map.

Thx,
