Most of the lower locks are 100' wide and the northern locks are 50' wide. At one time the USGS limited to 9' of draft in the St Louis area during low water but not sure if that is still in effect. You're limited to 30 barges with only 15 loaded on a northbound run and 20 total on a southbound run.
Unless your barge is really huge, you shouldn't have a problem coming up the Mississippi.
