We have had to reset them to factory and upgrade them in office before putting them out. If you use a standard config file for all your radios, STOP! All configs are not created equal. What we found was our NnoBidge config worked great on NanBeams until the next upgrade and then they crashed. We now have a separate config file for every model, every revision, and every firmware change we remake then all.
