Lots to discuss on that subject, more features and pro's and cons to list. To boil it all down in my experience there are really two worth looking at.
1. Sonar 2. Powercode In the past I would say Sonar since Powercode development slowed considerably. But recently they have really stepped up their development. I am quite impressed with Sonar and its parent/child ticketing system and its monitoring system. Look at both careful, dig in deep even run a few trial's both are very inexpensive to turn up quickly and see what one best suits you and your business model. One thing I can say for sure, it's not worth doing business without one of these. Both will make you money hands down one way or another if you take the time to learn it and use it. The time investment will pay off and you will spend less time managing your network and your business.
