It is best to look at the range, density and type of deployment you need.
First some background.

A LOS system relies on an almost "clear", un-obstructed path between the
transmitter and receiver. All NLOS systems rely on additional encoding and
signal processing to identify and utilize energy from signals that arrive
thru different paths. In theory the transmitted signal can be reconstructed
from signals that all arrived by paths that included reflections without a
dominant line of sight path.

You need to look at the signal strength and signal to noise ratio required
to enable that processing to be successful. If you have a long range system
in an area where labor is cheap, the topology is favorable (hilltop tower)
and no one minds seeing antennas on poles, I'd opt for the simplier, cheaper
LOS system. If you are deploying in an urban canyon over a short range with
a lot of restrictions a NLOS system may be the only way to make your
deployment work without a lot of basestations.

I haven't evaluated the Navini system myself so I won't comment on it
directly. I will say that many of these "next generation" fixed wireless
systems have failed to produce the astounding time to market and
price/performance results that were claimed when they raised money and
slowed down the "last generation" equipment market.

I am in the midst of evaluating NLOS system, can anybody assist me
to understand the reliability of NLOS system as many had comment
negatively about NLOS system. Should I just go back to basic and use
the LOS system? WHat is the performance of Navini Ripwave?
