Harshal, you are right. No AP/STAs available in the market support PCF functionality. In fact, I'd say some devices initially claimed to support PCF as a marketing gimmick, but actually didnt.

They are 'PCF-aware' which means that can decode PCF frames and update their NAV accordingly but they can't really respond to a PCF-Poll or any other PCF frame. In fact, none of the APs support PCF. I don't know where you got your info but since PCF was an optional part of the standard almost no one bothered to implement it.
