Now lets assue that a directional antenna has a range of 400 mts and a clients at 399 
mts is able to receive the AP's signal. The client's wireless card is obvioulsy not 
designed to transmit the signals so far... lets say it can transmit signals to the 
distance of 100 mts.
 
In the above imaginary case, how does information get back to the AP from the client?
