If you are concerend if the wireless network can be cracked .. you are right. There have been many ways to crack the WEP (Wired Equivalent Protocol) key that is used to secure a normal wireless link. The improvements for WEP suggested in Temporal Key Integrity Protocol (TKIP) using WPA is supposed to be much stronger using the AES (Advanced Encryption Standard). But the new 802.11i was was also reported to have flaws ...
Now there are many ways around the insecurity ingrained by the wireless standards. The best one (probably also used extensively in many companies) is to have a VPN enabled access. This basically forms a secure tunnel in your wireless link to AP.
