Hello I am new to the group. I just purchased a D-Link DI-514 wireless router, needless to say I am finding it VERY difficult to configure. I am currently using SBCGlobal DSL as my ISP.
I also have a Compaq h1935 Pocket PC with a SanDisk Connect Wi-Fi Card. The wifi card works just fine from hotspots at the airport or coffee houses, I just have no idea what I am doing when it comes to connecting via my wireless router. My main issue is that I cannot surf the net while the wireless router is connected to my DSL. I've gone through the settings over and over again and cannot seem to find a setting that works. If anyone knows anything about configuring my d link router to my current dsl connection could you please let me know what I am doing wrong. Any info at all would be greatly appreciated.
