As a general security measure, you can disable the broadcasting of SSID if your AP supports. Depends on the level of security needed and the number of users, you can start going from MAC address filtering, protocol filtering, WEP, 802.1x&EAP, Radius with u'r current user database AD or something else. It is more of how secure you want?
