Basically my ssid's say "Call 729-xxxx for ISP service" and I gotten a few call's
where I've picked up a few donators just that way. But my neighbors is how I basically
got started. I have a good cable connection easy 450Kb downloads and 56Kb uploads is
so it's easy to share. I'm a ham radio operator and have a 75 ft tower running VOIP
link radio's and a, repeater autopatch system running VOIP, on the tower among other
things. So the access point sits in a NEMA enclosure with a UHF ham receiver at about
50 ft with a 15 DBi omni mounted on the tower. I can use my laptop with A with a Zonet
card over a 1/4 mile away through tree's from a netgear ME103 AP 11b. Donations are
great and all I do is give out WEP's every month through e-mail phone or just seeing
them get their paper. Most people love donating for their free access and if they
don't donate for a month no wep code and their IP goes bye. I obviously don't give it
out to anyone, a little judging goes on.

I WAS WONDERING ABOUT YOUR "DONATIONS" FOR SERVICE
SCHEME--DOES IT WORK? DO YOU HAVE PEOPLE KEEPING MONEY
SOMEWHAT EVEN WITH COSTS OR DO YOU HAVE IT EQUAL, OR
  OTHERWISE?
JUST WONDERING IF SELLING LOCAL INTERNET WIRELESSLY
  WORKS?
