I can't reproduce this with either master or 2.6.6 on Windows 10 64-bit and Qt
5.12.0.  (Can provide full build info if needed.)

Audio seems fine to me.

Dragging seems smooth to me as well.

With the aforementioned MagicJack+_short_call.pcap file, I do notice that
initially the number of packets is 4 and that every time the RTP Player is
closed, the number of packets increases by 4.  Maybe this is the only issue
left now?
