Another option for the Linux IPMB case would be not to put the metadata header
into the pseudo-header, and hand it to the dissector as part of the packet data
instead, but that has the disadvantage that the metadata header shows up as
data, which may, for example, cause bytes/second counts to be too large. (Yes,
this already happens for other protocols, e.g. 802.11 with radiotap etc.
headers.)
