When displaying an extended IE we display the tag length as being one less than
the actual value indicated in the byte view.
This is confusing and wrong.
We should probably display the Tag Length and point to the actual byte and
insert a computed field being the Ext Tag Length.
We should also probably show the Tag Number and the Ext Tag Number in a similar
manner to show that all the bytes in the capture are dealt with. Currently we
ignore the Tag Number and only display the Ext Tag Number.
