To repeat:
1. Open a capture. The vertical scroll bar shows on the right.
2. In the Packet Details pane, select a field. Then, choose "Apply as Column"
3. The vertical scroll bar disappears. (This is unexpected)
4. Clicking on a different packet in the Packet List is the only way that I've
found to make the scroll bar re-appear.
