Updated postinstall with fix for this bug
Here's a proposed fix for the assignment of the gid. The key change is that it
picks the first unassigned gid that is 100 or greater, and specifies that gid
when it creates the group.
I also noticed that the current script is never using the BPF_GROUP_NAME
variable, so this version specifies it as the group's RealName. It could also
specify it as the group's Comment as in com.apple.access_* groups.
