Given that we have a User's Guide, I'm not sure we should be discussing the
menus *at all* in the man page; we should perhaps focus on command-line
arguments there. The User's Guide has a section on the menu:
https://www.wireshark.org/docs/wsug_html/#ChUseMenuSection
and can do a better job of telling the user about manu items than can a man
page, given the "show this on a terminal" limitations of man pages.
