Hi,
Have you tried enabling the "Reassemble out-of-order segments" option as
documented at https://wiki.wireshark.org/TLS#Preference_Settings
The decryption error most likely occurs because a previous TLS record was not
properly decrypted. That prevents a sequence number from being incremented and
causes all subsequent packets from being decrypted.
You could try to upload the capture + decryption secrets to Dropbox or similar
and share a link? If there is confidential data in the capture, please make
sure to mention it.
