  First,sorry about my English,it is too poor;

  When I cap ipv6 packets by using wireshark on a windows 10 x64 pc,   icmpv6
and snmp packet display twice,(duplicate),they have same  checksum,they are
same packets.
  It hapened only outgoing packets, inboud packet is right.
  I tried to cap them by using tcpdump on the traffic source node,it send only
one packet in fact. I think this is a bug.
