When starting Wireshark from the command-line, if you open a capture file
containing TCP traffic, you get debug of the following form printed to the
console:
09:49:32.310 Main Warn Skipping pass 1 tcp.seq_raw 32 32 32
09:49:32.310 Main Warn Skipping pass 1 tcp.ack_raw 64 64 32
The debug is also printed when applying or clearing a display filter, changing
the pane layout, and possibly at other times as well.
