Steps to reproduce:
Follow the spec 3GPP TS 29.274 V16.4.0 for messages:
1. Create forwarding tunnel request
2. Create forwarding tunnel response
Prepare a structures for different IE's as mentioned in a spec and capture them
using pcap.
Expected results:
For IE's :
1. S1-U data forwarding info
2. S103 PDN data forwarding info
It should read 4 bytes in case of IPV4 and 16 bytes in case of IPV6
Actual result:
It is reading 1 byte in case of IPV4 as well as for IPV6.
