SDO packets (write by index + multiple write with mappings)

Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

1.) SDO - Write by Index
- the segment size should be used to dissect the payload of the current command
2.) Mapping sections
- the dissector knows, which objects (Index/Subindex) represent mapping
commands
- further on, a mapping sections is generated by the dissector
- this mapping dissector should be one level lower (bellow the associated SDO
command)
