PortableApps.com Launcher 2.2.1 and PortableApps.com Installer 3.4.3 were both
released a few days ago. I upgraded each application on our build worker today
and Process Monitor now shows WiresharkPortable loading the following:

C:\Windows\SysWOW64\shfolder.dll

I can't find any explicit mention of DLL hijacking in the PA.com Launcher or
Installer release notes, but they no longer appear to rely on the older,
vulnerable version of NSIS. Marking as fixed.
