If it were fixed, we would have closed it as fixed. Nothing has been changed
here, as far as I know.
Whatever fix we do will probably be done first in the Qt UI, and might not ever
be done in the GTK+ UI.
We should probably have, among other things, an option to edit the list of
manual name resolutions, allowing entries to be added, changed, or removed.
We should also make the "edit name resolution" option behave in some
predictable fashion.
