This is an ugly bug in the SSL reassembly code.

desegment_ssl() is assuming that, if it finds a segment in the tree of
multi-segment PDUs, it shouldn't process it.  That is not true, as it doesn't
necessarily mean it's a duplicate of some sort, such as a retransmission, that
needn't be processed; it might just mean that we're redissecting the segment,
and we found it because we've already dissected it on the first pass.
