No, it is purely ID. As soon as this P2MP in nature, there are multiple
destination addresses (multiple receivers). In attached dump a vendor just have
chosen to use source address as an P2MP ID, but it is just implementation
decision. Another vendor uses P2MP ID starting from 1, for example.
