BSS Transition Request with multiple candidates (frame 1)
It looks like the dissector doesn't iterate through all candidates in the list.
Only the first one is shown.
I think the malformed error comes from the Subelement ID value in the neighbor
report. This looks more like a Cisco wireless bug.
